Encore Enterprises Sells the 196K-SF Two Forest Plaza

Encore Enterprises ended its five-year hold on Two Forest Plaza, a 196,215-square-foot office building in North Dallas. The Dallas-based Encore sold the property at 12201 Merit Dr. to OrbVest US Inc. and Richmond Honan Lifehope.

Creighton Stark and Chris Boyd with Colliers International led the team that brokered the transaction. “The sale of Two Forest exemplifies the strength of the ‘Infill Triangle’ pocket of the Metroplex, which is bordered by I-635, US-75, the Dallas North Tollway and Woodall Rogers Freeway,” Stark said. “This was an extremely competitive process that achieved maximum pricing with seamless delivery.”

Two Forest Plaza delivered in 1981, and includes a six-story parking structure. The building was renovated in 2014, and has an ENERGY STAR designation. Amenities include a building conference room, fitness center, on-site property management and security and a café. Major tenants include New York Life Insurance Company and La Madeleine.
