Enchanted Rock Executes Five-Year Lease in Vine Street
Enchanted Rock Management LLC recently executed a five-year lease in the historic Vine Street property. The company has reserved 13,071 square feet of office space which will leave 4,383 square feet of available space for future tenant use. Enchanted Rock Management LLC is a fully managed clean microgrids technology company.
The office space at 1113 Vine St. is located in downtown Houston with direct access to Interstate 10
conveniences such as a UH-Downtown Transit Stop (0.2 miles), and is positioned between William P. Hobby Airport (13.7 miles) and the Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport (18.7 miles).
Zachary Coates, associate at the CXRE Houston office, exclusively listed the property.
“The Vine Street office suite is an iconic Houston building and offers flexibility as employers are implementing hybrid workspaces to their portfolio,” says Coates.
