Empty San Antonio Office Complex Hits Market
Kuper Sotheby’s is marketing 3900 Rogers Road, an 80,000 square foot office building. The two-story complex is on the market for $21 million. An entity registered to Trans American Research and Development Corp. has held the property since 2010.
The San Antonio Business Journal reports the building lost its last tenant recently. Longtime tenant, Aetna, has cleared out, leaving the building empty. Aetna has two other office locations in the city, both in the Medical Center.
The building was last assessed in 2023, holding a value of about $15.4 million, Bexar Appraisal District records show. The building is rated as Class B. Kristian Forks of Kuper Sotheby’s is marketing the property.
