The Empire Group liked the idea that a $12 billion semiconductor factory is opening up down the road from the land they just closed on. Empire Group spent $14.37 million on the 40 acres north of Phoenix so they can build 354 single-family rental homes.

“This is an ideal site, located directly across the I-17 near Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) where they are projected to generate more than 3,000 jobs over the next two years,” said Empire’s Richard Felker.

The Village of Bronco Trail will offer one, two and three-bedroom floorplans for lease in a gated community at 29th Avenue and Sonoran Desert Drive, just easy of I-17. Each home includes private landscaped backyards with doggy door access, a smart technology home package, open floor plans with spacious living areas and closets with ample storage. Empire hopes to start construction later in 2022.

The Empire Group is currently under construction on six rental home communities throughout the Phoenix metro area.
