Empire Debuts Luxury Mixed-Use Apartment in West Hollywood

Los Angeles-based Empire Property Group has announced the completion of Empire at Fairfax, a new 34-unit boutique apartment community with ground-floor retail spaces. The five-story property, featuring studio 1, 2 and 3-bedroom floor plans, is in the pre-leasing phase, with resident move-ins beginning in May.

Located at 1001 N Fairfax Ave in West Hollywood, CA, the Empire at Fairfax units feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, wide plank wood floors and floor to ceiling windows to showcase stunning views. In addition, a brightly-colored glass artwork created by artist Laurie Frick was incorporated into the building design.
