Embrey Secures Construction Debt for North Austin Apartments

Embrey Partners has secured an undisclosed amount of financing from Vantage Bank to build 304 rental apartments in North Austin, near downtown and nearby retail and job centers, including the newly-announced $1-billion Apple campus. The property is across Highway 183 from Lakeline Mall.

“In terms of location, design detail and desirable living experience, Lakeline will set the standard for preferred living in North Austin,” said Embrey EVP Jimmy McCloskey. “As a Texas-based company, Embrey is excited to add this premier property to our Austin portfolio.”

Residents will have access to a business center, a fitness center with on-demand virtual trainers, a game room, a swimming pool with cabanas, barbecue areas and a dog park. Construction is scheduled to begin in June, with the first move-ins slated for August 2021 and project completion scheduled for November 2022.
