Embrey Appoints Andy Swadel to Lead Central FL Development Initiatives
Andy Swadel has joined Embrey Partners, LLC, as a SVP of development. He will be based in Orlando to serve as market leader for the company’s work in Central FL.
“Andy previously worked with The Dr. Phillips Charities on the original vision and master plan for the mixed-use community where Embrey’s project, The Cannery at The Packing District, will be the first residential offering” said John Kirk, managing director and EVP for development at Embrey.
Swadel comes to Embrey from Madison Capital Group, LLC, where he served as VP of development. His previous experience includes director of development for SC Advisors in Orlando; SVP for TowerPoint Capital in Atlanta; and senior associate for investments at Carter in Atlanta.
San Antonio, TX-based Embrey Partners, LLC owns, develops, builds, acquires, and manages multifamily residential communities and commercial assets. It currently has more than 4,000 multifamily units under construction.
