Embark Leases 7,500K-SF at Solana Beach MOB, CBRE Arranges Deal

Embark Leases 7,500-SF at Solana Beach MOB

CBRE has secured a new 7,500-square-foot lease for Embark Behavioral Health to add its services at Solana Crossing, a Class A medical office building in the San Diego County city of Solana Beach, CA. CBRE’s Dan Henry, Kevin Calihan and Amy Trott represented the tenant and the firm’s Dick Balestri and Lars Eisenhauer represented the landlord, American Assets Trust, Inc. in the transaction.

“Solana Beach is the ideal strategic market for Embark’s San Diego location,” said Henry in a news release. “Solana Crossing offers a premier North County location with convenient access to Interstate 5.”

The new space is Embark’s first location in the San Diego market. “Studies have shown that the pandemic created even more damaging effects on youth,” said Perkin Chung, SVP at Embark, which operates a network of treatment and therapy programs with a focus on mental health for teens and young adults. “We’re on a mission to reversing those trends.”
