Elogistics Leases 208K-SF at Lakewood Tacoma Logistics Center

US Elogistics Service Corp., a New Jersey-based freight company, has signed a 68-month lease for 208,370 square feet of space at Lakewood Tacoma Logistics Center in Lakewood, Washington.

Kidder Mathews’ industrial specialists Todd Clarke, Ty Clarke, and Matt McLennan, SIOR, CCIM, represented the landlord, TA Realty. “This is a high-quality, well-located facility built for performance,” said McLennan. “It checks all the right boxes for today’s logistics users, and we’re pleased to have secured a strong tenant on behalf of our client.”

Located at 14801 Spring Street SW, Lakewood Tacoma Logistics Center is a modern cross-docked Class A industrial facility. The newly leased space includes 57 dock-high doors, three ground-level doors, 36-foot clear heights, 69 trailer stalls, 1,000 amps of three-phase power, and 3,170 square feet of office space. Additional features include 130-foot truck courts, 50′ x 50′ column spacing, and a 60-foot speed bay.
