Cushman & Wakefield and Greystone Servicing Company have announced that Elliott Mulkin has joined the Capital Markets Equity, Debt & Structured Finance (EDSF) group and loan origination groups as director based in Birmingham, Alabama.  

In this role, Mulkin will focus on originating and structuring senior loans across Greystone’s lending platforms, as well as providing debt advisory services to clients. Mulkin previously worked at Regions Bank as a vice president in their Real Estate Capital Markets group. He has experience in underwriting and closing over $550 million in multifamily loans.
