Elliott Electric Expanding Footprint to 144K SF

Elliott Electric Supply inked a deal to take down 144,113 square feet at 12555 Harris Branch Pkwy. in Manor, TX. The electrical supply company’s new space is more than double the 67,000 square feet it currently occupies at 10605 Delta Dr. in Austin. Plans are for the firm to keep 20,000 square feet at the Austin location as a counter sales location, with the main move east to take place by the end of 2018.

Joe Brockman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in negotiations. Darryl Dadon with CBRE and Ace Schlameus, formerly with CBRE and now with JLL, represented the landlord, Icon PC Texas.

Elliot Electric’s new space will support 11 stores and customers throughout the Austin area. According to Christ Petty, the company’s Central Texas Manager, the distribution center will be the company’s third in the past decade.
