Elliot Shirwo Joins Casco Capital Management

Casco Capital Management, LP, a global private investment firm that plans to manage a real estate debt and equity fund, has announced that Elliot Shirwo joined the organization as a principal. Shirwo brings to Casco more than two decades of relevant experience serving real estate, finance, legal and family office communities.

Prior to joining Casco, Shirwo was founder and principal of BridgeCore Capital, a private bridge lender, and held a nine-year career with Bolour Associates, where he oversaw its private mortgage lending business and shared responsibility for the operational and investment activities of its family office.

Casco’s Denny Jacobus says, “We have had a decade-long relationship with Elliot, who has a deep understanding of the real estate industry, along with the multi-generational needs of family wealth creation and preservation.”

BridgeCore Capital’s operations will be incorporated into Casco as a wholly-owned subsidiary.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Content and Public Relations for Connect Commercial Real Estate.
