Elkus Manfredi to Redesign Foley Hoag’s Boston Office

Elkus Manfredi Architects has been tapped to redesign the Boston offices of law firm Foley Hoag LLP at 155 Seaport Blvd. The firm has been a tenant at the property since 2002 and recently signed a 15-year lease extension through 2037.

Elkus Manfredi has been engaged to help the firm continue to thrive in its workspace with an elegant design that incorporates state-of the-art technology, client-focused meeting places, and more daylight across all workplaces. The firm will draw upon a cross-industry design approach, combining features of diverse project types such as hospitality, residential, and hi-tech design.

“Foley Hoag is a true leader in its field. They work with the best and brightest in the innovation economy of Boston and around the world,” said Elizabeth Lowrey, director of interior architecture at Elkus Manfredi. “We’re excited to do our part to support today’s innovators and the entrepreneurial spirit of Boston by helping Foley Hoag support its bright, hard-working, and attentive staff. Foley Hoag’s leaders are wonderful, thoughtful collaborators, and together we are creating a dynamic, modern, timeless, and elegant workplace that will support their important work in service of their clients for many, many years to come.”
