Elite Home Builders to Develop 55-Plus Condominium Community in Berlin

Elite Home Builders has announced the development of Highland Ridge, a 55-plus active adult condominium community in Berlin, MA.

The 66-unit condominium development will consist of duplex-style residences in either ranch or two-story designs. Both options are designed with an open concept to accommodate modern demands among the 55-plus community, such as two-car garages, first-floor master suite and laundry, guest bedroom-bath suite and the option to upgrade to a finished basement. The community is nearby I-290 and is located at the intersection of Highland Street, Route 62 and Interstate I-495.

“Highland Ridge will meet the demand for easy living and privacy commonly expressed among the modern, senior living community,” said Steven Venincasa, manager at Elite Home Builders. “Without sacrificing proximity to town touchpoints, Highland Ridge sits in a wooded area that doubles as a natural retreat for buyers moving into the 55-plus community.”
