EliseAI Expands Footprint in Midtown South 

AI platform EliseAI is expanding its presence at 33 East 33rd St., a Midtown South office building owned by Kalimian Equities.  

EliseAI serves the multifamily and single-family rental housing industry, automating conversations between renters and property managers and workflows through software integrations. The expansion will see EliseAI consolidate from its current 20,582 square feet on the second floor and part of the tenth floor into 26,582 square feet across the entire second and third floors.  

EliseAI was represented by a JLL team that included Val Stobetsky, Will McGarry, Calum Waddell, and Hale King. The landlord was represented by a Newmark agency team that included Erik Haris and Zach Weil.
