Elion Acquisitions Snares a Pair of Fort Lauderdale Industrial Buildings for $15M
Colliers has closed the $14.9-million combined sale of two industrial buildings on 2nd Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The buildings total 71,682 square feet and are occupied by CTS Engines with long-term leases in place.
A Colliers team of Mark Rubin, Bastian Laggerbauer and Jake Stauber in collaboration with Steven Wasserman and Erin Byers represented the seller, Apogee Investment Partners LLC., as well as the buyer, Elion Acquisitions, LLC.
“The South Florida industrial market continues to flourish, with most industrial space achieving top leasing rates,” said Rubin. “Our team firmly believes that the market will continue to thrive, particularly mission-critical assets located in strong markets such as this one,” said Rubin. The two buildings include a 60,000-square-foot repair facility and a 11,682-square-foot staging facility conjoined by a recently constructed covered walkway. Combined, both buildings total 71,682 SF and are situated of land. The properties are on 2.62 acres adjacent to Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport.
