Eleven James Takes 11K-SF at 579 Fifth Ave.
Eleven James, Inc., an annual membership club for luxury timepieces, will occupy 11,108 square feet at 579 Fifth Ave., a 150,000-square-foot commercial office building in Midtown Manhattan.
“The tenant was particularly attracted by 579 Fifth Ave.’s boutique lobby and floor plate, proximity to Grand Central, and the wide range of amenities in the surrounding neighborhood. We worked closely with Eleven James to configure a layout that accommodated its operations onto a single floor,” said Paul Glickman, vice chairman for JLL, who with Benjamin Bass, Diana Biasotti, Kristen Morgan and Walter Rooney represented building owner Stawski Partners.
The tenant was represented by Ross Perlman, Lee Brodsky and Ryan Gessin, with Newmark Knight Frank.
Stawski Partners recently completed a capital improvement program designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates at the 17-story tower, which was originally designed by Emery Roth & Sons. Only 33,197 square feet of office space remains available. That’s put’s availabilities at the building at 22%.
