Elevation Fortis at Park Lake Buys FHA Orlando Campus for $4M
Florida Hospital Association has sold its Highland Avenue campus, which includes eight land parcels sitting on 2.12 acres in downtown Orlando, FL, for $4 million (over $43 per square foot).
Glen Jaffee and Jeff Sweeney of Cushman & Wakefield represented the FHA. The campus was acquired by Elevation Fortis at Park Lake.
“The location of this campus offers exceptional access to the amenities of downtown Orlando and Lake Ivanhoe along with ample surface parking,” said Jaffee. “That combined with the campus’ more than two acres resulted in 10 offers being received within the first couple months of marketing the property,”
Included in the Highland Avenue campus are three land parcels at 821, 823, and 827 Highland Avenue, three land parcels at 307, 315, and 319 Park Lake Circle, and two land parcels at 816 and 822 Broadway Avenue.
New ownership has plans to renovate the existing 10,000-square-foot building that sits on the 307 Park Circle land parcel and make room for new development on the remaining seven land parcels.
