Elegant Furniture Backfills Former GNC, Tuesday Morning Spaces

Elegant Furniture, part of the 5 Star Furniture company that operates in Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston, has leased 11,980 square feet of retail space in Brooks Crossing, a community retail center located at 6245 Rufe Snow in Watauga.

Michael Sweet with Weitzman handled negotiations for the shopping center. Re/Max Town & Country represented the retailer.

The new lease backfills and combines adjacent spaces formerly occupied by Tuesday Morning and GNC. Elegant Furniture will join a tenant line-up at Brooks Crossing that includes Albertsons, GameStop, Dollar Tree, Subway and several others.
