Elaine Construction Hires Kerry Gallivan as CFO

Newton-based construction management firm Elaine Construction Co. has hired Kerry Gallivan as Chief Financial Officer.

Gallivan will play a strategic role in the management of the company and will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial activities at the firm.

“With more than 15 years working on the Owner’s side for Northeastern University, and in her early career for a sub-contractor, Kerry brings a depth of knowledge of our industry, an understanding of sophisticated financial systems, and modeling, that will continue to allow Elaine to meet our client’s need for clear, transparent data and reporting,” said Lisa Wexler, president at Elaine Construction.
