El Paso Sky Park Could Reach 3M SF

Green Point Development is spearheading a project that would feature 635,000 square feet of warehouse space spanning 200 acres at the El Paso Airport. It’s the first industrial park built on airport land since the 1970s.

Called SkyPark, the project is a public–private partnership with Green Point Development, turning city-owned land into a hub for logistics, manufacturing, and innovation. Sky Park will commence Phase 1 with two warehouses: one 443,975 square foot cross-dock and a 192,490 square foot rear-loading building.

Built in four phases, Sky Park will deliver more than 3 million square feet of industrial space on airport property, adding over 2,100 direct jobs to the local economy. Construction is expected to start next summer. CBRE’s Christian Giese and Chad McCleskey are marketing the property.
