El Paso Gets First Taste of Gourmet Bakery Franchise Cinnaholic

Cinnaholic, the gourmet cinnamon roll shop made famous by ABC’s hit show “Shark Tank”, has opened its first location in El Paso. Located at The Fountains at Farah, the franchised store is owned by Bill Hicks, a personal injury attorney with the law firm, Ortega, McGlashan, Hicks & Perez, and his wife, registered dietician Debi Hicks.

Cinnaholic cinnamon rolls are hand-crafted, as well as 100% vegan, dairy & lactose-free, egg-free and cholesterol-free. Available with 20 different frostings and more than 30 toppings, the rolls are priced from $4.75. The store also offers bite-sized cinnamon rolls, cinnacakes, fudge brownies, chocolate chip cookies and cookie dough.

“We liked the idea that people can create their own food experience,” said Debi Hicks.

The new store offers both interior and exterior seating. It also is across from a lawn area where customers can enjoy their sweet treats.

The Hicks plan to open a second store within 12 months.

Connect Houston is taking place on February 26, 2019. For more information — or to attend — click here.
