Green Point Adding 2 million sf to El Paso airport business park

El Paso Airport Lands Second Two Million Square Foot Business Park

Sky Park El Paso is the name for Green Point’s planned, four-phase industrial park on just over 200 acres in what the El Paso airport development plan dubs the 601 Corridor Business District. It’s now anchored by a 2 million square foot Marshalls distribution center. Sky Park El Paso will also top out at 2 million square feet. It’ll consist of six buildings that Green Point hopes to get built by 2029.

The El Paso Times reports construction is projected to start by early October on Sky Park’s multimillion-dollar, two-building first phase, with just over 636,000 square feet of space. It’s at Walter Jones Boulevard and the end of George Perry Boulevard, which will be extended in the future to connect with the Spur 601 highway. The land is kitty-corner from the Marshalls’ facility.

Connect Texas Multifamily 2023 will take place on Aug. 22, 2023 at Virgin Hotel in Dallas. Click here for more information and to register.
