El Cajon Apartment Complex Trades for $25M

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $25 million sale of Colony Court, a 92-Unit multifamily property located in El Cajon, CA. Austin Ray Huffman and Christopher Zorbas in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar office listed the property on behalf of the seller, the Mary Susan Curry 2020 Revocable Living Trust, and also represented the buyer.

Colony Court is located at 293 Shady Lane and is comprised of one-, two- and three-bedroom units with common area amenities that include a pool and sundeck, lush landscaping, multiple courtyards, picnic areas with BBQ’s, on-site laundry facilities and ample off-street parking.

The buyer, IEC Partners, LLC, an affiliate of Interstate Equities Corporation, intends on making strategic enhancements to the community.
