El-Ad National Properties Snags Davie Retail Center for $13M

El-Ad Broward Plaza LLC, an entity of El-Ad National Properties, has acquired Broward Plaza, a 74,300-square foot retail center in Davie. The sales price was $12.8 million.

Located at 4803-4963 S. State Rd. 7, the property includes a Miami Grill outparcel and is anchored by BrandsMartUSA, Dollar General and Big Chef. In total, the center has 17 tenants. The buildings were constructed in 1975 with the Miami Grill outparcel being renovated in 2017.

Adam Tiktin of Tiktin Real Estate Investment Services (TREIS) represented both the buyer and the seller, Saber Griffin Two LLC, in the transaction. Closing took place June 25th.
