Eight-Property Sleepy Hollow Portfolio Goes on the Market
There’s still time to join us for Connect Apartments on June 26th in Los Angeles. Here’s a link to find out more about the conference and to register.
Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan-based multifamily investment sales team, led by Marco Lala and Scott Tierney, has listed eight mixed-use properties in the village of Sleepy Hollow, NY. Totaling 63 apartments and eight storefronts, the portfolio has an asking price of about $12.5 million.
Included in the portfolio are 85-87 Cortlandt St.; 148, 146 and 144 Cortlandt St.; 145 Cortlandt St.; 173 Cortlandt St.; 196 Cortlandt St.; and 76 Beekman Ave.
“This is an extremely rare opportunity to own a ‘value-add’ asset in a Westchester village that is surrounded by billion-dollar developments, river town communities and mass transportation to Manhattan,” said Lala. “This package provides both current cash flow and future potential for redevelopment.”
Tierney added that a savvy investor “will be tasked with the opportunity to increase revenue, while a perfect storm of private and governmental investments, economic supply-demand trends and cultural progress unfolds in this Hudson Valley village.”
