EIG, PTM Partners Top Out Soleste Grand MF Tower in Miami

Co-developers The Estate Cos. (EIG) and PTM Partners have announced the topping out of Soleste Grand Central, a 230,430-square-foot, 18-story multifamily tower in Downtown Miami. The tower is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2021.

Located at 218 NW 8th St., the 360-unit community was designed by Caymares Martin with interiors by ASG Interior Design. Amenities are slated to include a ninth-floor deck with open lounge areas and summer kitchens as well as a resort-style pool and spa with a sauna and massage therapy rooms. The fourth floor features more than 20,000 square feet of amenities, including a fitness center and yoga room. Units at the community will range in size from 442 to 1,082 square feet and will feature modern kitchens with custom cabinets, quartz countertops and designer lighting.

“We are thrilled to have reached this significant construction milestone and look forward to delivering an exceptional development to the Downtown marketplace,” said Robert Suris, managing principal at The Estate Cos. “Soleste Grand Central offers an elevated collection of health and wellness offerings, social components and cutting-edge amenities at an attainable price point. We are confident this development will set a new standard for luxury rental properties in the area.”
