EHP Capital, Aspen Funds Close Acquisition of KC Apartments

EHP Capital and Aspen Funds have just closed the $27 million acquisition of Hunters Glen Apartments, a 253-unit multifamily community in the Kansas City market.

This deal marks a significant expansion in the Midwest and the partnership will launch a comprehensive renovation plan to modernize interiors and upgrade amenities. “Hunters Glen represents the type of value-add multifamily asset that aligns with our mission to deliver safe, affordable housing while preserving and growing investor capital,” said Bernard Alexander Pierson, Co-Founder & Managing Partner of EHP Capital.

Built in 1975, the 253-unit community is located in Platte County. The contemporary rental community offers studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Located near I-29, Hunters Glen Apartments is situated near amenity centers including Zona Rosa, Village at Burlington Creek and Shops at Boardwalk.
