eHealth, a California-based online health insurance provider, signed a 26,878-square-foot lease at Paloma Ridge in northwest Austin. Chris Perry and Brad Buckman of Aquila Commercial represented eHealth, while Edvin Beasley and Scott Deskins with Stream Realty advised the landlord, Ascentris, which is headquartered in Denver.

Paloma Ridge, at 13620 Ranch Road 620, is a two-building, 210,000-square-foot, Class A office property. The buildings are situated on 23 acres. An adjacent 13 acres can accommodate an additional 170,000-square-foot office building. Paloma Ridge delivered in 2016, with Ascentris acquiring the property in late 2017 at 70% occupancy from Alliance Bernstein and Stream Realty Partners.
