Efulfill Subleases 469K-SF Logistic Facility in NJ 

Kiss Products’ logistics arm, Efulfill, has subleased a 469,000-square-foot lease with Kiss Products at 600 Ridge Road in Piscataway, NJ. The facility features 100 loading docks, two drive-in doors, and 310 car spaces, among other amenities. 

Cushman & Wakefield’s Christine Eberle, Mindy Lissner, Bill Waxman, David Gheriani, Jeff Volpi and Morgan Nitti represented the sublandlord in the transaction. 

“This premier Piscataway location, less than two miles off Interstate 287, uniquely positions this property to offer a comprehensive supply chain solution for Northern New Jersey and New York City, making it an ideal choice for a last mile e-commerce user,” said Eberle.
