Educational Products Takes Space at Prologis Cole Creek

Educational Products Inc. opened space at Prologis Cole Creek, a 312,360-square-foot distribution center located on Houston’s northwest side. The school pack supplier inked a 53,200-square-foot space with the property landlord, Prologis.

Jake Wilkinson, with NAI Partners, represented the North Texas tenant in negotiating for space at 9010 W. Little York Rd. Matteson Hamilton and Bryan O’Hair, with Stream Realty Partners, are responsible for marketing the building, and negotiating on behalf of the landlord. Additional tenants include Favorite Brands LLC and NC Texas Moving Services.

The property is situated near U.S. 290 and Beltway 8, and offers 17 dock doors and 24-foot clear heights.
