EdR Launches $30M Student Housing at Texas A&M-Commerce

EdR has finalized financing and commenced construction on a 490-bed, on-campus student-housing project at Texas A&M University-Commerce in Commerce, TX. The $29.9 million development is scheduled for a summer 2017 completion. At that time, the university will manage the property.

The property will be a freshman-oriented residence hall, offering private study rooms, communal areas, laundry facilities and internet and Wi-Fi capabilities throughout the building.
