HFF closed on the sale of an 8,500-square-foot retail strip in the Houston suburb of Katy, on behalf of Edifis Group. Urbahns Property Group purchased the Grand Crossing II property outright.

The newly developed center is at full occupancy, housing Sleep Number, GrandLux Nail and American Dental Partners. The highly visible property, located at 23641 Katy Freeway (near Costco), is part of the in-progress, mixed-use Grand Crossing project that spans 125 acres.
