SJ Capital Partners and Compass Health Center have agreed on a 15,732-square-foot lease at 11941 Bournefield Way in Silver Spring, MD’s WestTech Business Park.

Edge Negotiates 16K SF Lease at WestTech Business Park in Silver Spring

ESJ Capital Partners and tenant Compass Health Center have signed an agreement for the latter to occupy 15,732 square feet of space at 11941 Bournefield Way in Silver Spring, MD’s WestTech Business Park.

Kenneth Fellows and Robert Pugh with commercial real estate firm Edge represented ESJ Capital Partners. Brandon Nasatir of Savills represented Compass Health Center, a group that provides intermediate levels of behavioral health care. The Silver Spring location will open in September 2023 with adolescent, young adult and adult in-person and virtual programs, with plans to add child programming in 2024.

ESJ Capital Partners owns six single-story medical/office buildings within WestTech Business Park. The project is located less than three miles from the Intercounty Connector (Maryland Route 200), Maryland Route 29, and less than five miles from Interstate 95. It is also near restaurants, shops, Adventist HealthCare White Oak Medical Center, and the White Oak Town Center redevelopment.
