Edge Brokers 9K-SF National Landing Lease Extension for Chinook Systems
Chinook Systems Inc., has signed a lease with JBG SMITH Properties for 9,169 square feet of commercial office space at 1235 S Clark Street in Arlington, VA’s National Landing submarket.
Edge senior director Kay Chewning represented Chinook Systems, which consolidated two office spaces and expanded within its existing 15-story building on the north end of National Landing. Leanne Berthiaume and Brian Cotter of JBG SMITH Properties represented the landlord in this lease transaction.
“By consolidating offices on a single floor, the client will gain efficiencies in layout and operations,” said Chewning. “Chinook’s programing requirements were evaluated based on growth projections and a desire to create a collaborative working environment for geographically distributed personnel.”
