LaserShip has signed a full-building lease with Matan Companies for 105,000 square feet of industrial and warehouse space at Stonecroft Industrial Center in Chantilly, VA.

Scott Rabin of Edge represented the tenant and Brad Benna of Matan Companies represented the landlord in the lease transaction.

Approximately 100 employees are expected to work at the building when LaserShip, a regional e-commerce parcel carrier, takes occupancy this fall.

Stonecroft Industrial Center on Thompson Road features 32-foot clear ceiling heights, 37 dock doors, four drive-in doors, a 115-foot truck court and 120 parking spaces. It is located adjacent to US Route 50 and VA Route 28 and is less than eight miles from Dulles International Airport.
