Edge has welcomed Jesse Martin as SVP, advisory services. Martin, who brings nearly 23 years of commercial real estate experience to this new position, was formerly SVP for Avison Young.

In his new role, Martin will advise commercial real estate owners, investors and companies on all aspects of their commercial real estate requirements throughout the Northern VA, suburban MD and Washington, DC with a focus on the commercial office, flex/office and warehouse/industrial asset classes. He will also provide tenant representation for existing or under-construction buildings, managing acquisition or disposition activities for property owners and investors and sourcing financing to complete transactions.

Prior to Avison Young, Martin handled all leasing, marketing and property management functions for Adler Realty Services, where he built a management team responsible for company assets in the Mid-Atlantic region. He was also VP, asset management for RREEF Management Company and handled corporate advisory services for Trammell Crow Company.
