EDENS Picks Up 179K-SF FW Retail Center

A 179,376-square-foot retail center in Fort Worth has traded hands. JLL represented the seller, Dunhill. The buyer was EDENS.

The Village at Camp Bowie sits along Camp Bowie Boulevard. The property’s tenant roster features a mix of grocery, dining and service concepts, including Sprouts Farmers Market

The center benefits from Fort Worth’s explosive growth trajectory as the nation’s 11th largest city and fifth fastest-growing large city in America. The area has experienced 9.7% population growth since 2020, supported by major developments including the $1.7 billion Westside Village mixed-use project, Walsh Ranch’s 7,200-acre master-planned community, and Edwards Ranch Riverhills, where 567 single-family homes with a median value of $1.9 million are under development.

JLL Capital Market’s Sales and Advisory team representing the seller was led by Adam Howells, Chris Gerard, Michael Jankovich and Elizabeth Anne Casillas.
