EDEN Multifamily Opens Charlotte Office, Puts Scott Phillips in Charge
EDEN Multifamily has opened a regional office in Charlotte submarket of Belmont, NC and tapped Scott Phillips to lead the effort as SVP of mid-Atlantic development. He will be building a team in the coming months as EDEN advances projects in select markets across GA, NC, SC, TN and VA.
Prior to joining the Coconut, FL-based EDEN, Phillips spent 27 years with Bank of America and to a leadership role with the bank’s east region executive team catering to commercial real estate companies with traditional bank products including debt, cash management, IRP and FX services. He also served as SVP for acquisitions and development with Charlotte-based Lat Purser & Associates and was a real estate broker.
Phillips is a past chairman of NAIOP.
EDEN’s existing pipeline of 2022 construction starts totals more than $750 million and is expected to exceed $1.2 billion by mid-2023.
