Edelman, Goldstein Join Colliers’ Expanding South Florida Office Team

Colliers International Florida continues to grow its footprint in South Florida with the addition of Keith Edelman and Scott Goldstein, two seasoned office brokers based in South Florida. The team brings combined over 45 years of experience in tenant representation to Colliers’ strong platform and network.

Colliers International’s Ryan Kratz says, “Keith and Scott are among the most skilled and productive tenant representation office brokers in the South Florida market. Over the years, they have assisted hundreds of clients with complex office space needs.”

Edelman and Goldstein’s current and past clients include Silversea Cruises, Millicom, Brickell Bank (now Banesco), Pfizer, Harley-Davidson, JP Morgan Chase, Western Union, to name a few.

Previous career stops for Edelman include as a Principal with Avison Young, a SVP with JLL, and a Principal with The Staubach Company.

Prior to joining Colliers, Goldstein was a Principal with Avison Young, a SVP with JLL and The Staubach Company, and a transaction manager with CBRE.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. He is responsible for Connect Creative’s agency client services and is involved in a range of initiatives ranging from public relations and content strategy, communications and message development, copywriting, media relations, social media and content marketing services. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates.
