ECR, Retail Solutions, Negotiate Austin-Area Leases

Equitable Commercial Realty (ECR) and Retail Solutions’ Austin office negotiated the following transactions.

  • Academy Mortgage leased 2,079 square feet at Chase Northcross, 7600 Burnet Rd. The landlord was represented by Jason Steinberg and Rebecca Zigterman with ECR, and the tenant was represented by Tom Rhea with Peloton Commercial Real Estate.
  • Bellini Hair leased 1,000 square feet at Graham Retail, 18810 U.S. 290 E, Elgin, TX. Joey Mendez of Retail Solutions represented the landlord.
  • Neurobiologix expanded into 2,890 square feet at Galleria Oaks, 13376 Research Blvd. Fred Wendland and Jerel Choate of Retail Solutions represented the landlord.
