ECR, Retail Solutions Negotiate Austin-Area Leases

The following are leases throughout the Austin area, negotiated by Equitable Commercial Realty (ECR) and Retail Solutions.

• Kathy Dorado Furniture leased 3,200 square feet at North Park, 9616 N. Lamar Blvd. Joey Mendez and Samuel Hartley of Retail Solutions represented the tenant. Chad Folts of Tarantino Properties advised the landlord.

• Luna’s Tacos leased 2,877 square feet at 1300 Round Rock Ave. in Round Rock. Michael Noteboom and Tucker Francis of Retail Solutions represented the landlord. Zach Flores of Don Quick & Associates advised the tenant.

• Mold Inspection Sciences Texas expanded into an additional 700 square feet of office space at Summit Point, 2512 S. Interstate 35. The landlord was represented by Stephen Pannes with ECR.

• Ontic Technologies leased 3,084 square feet at 1005 W. 38th St. The landlord was represented by Jason Steinberg and Matt Levin with ECR.

• Poke Bowl leased 1,032 square feet at Shops at 360, 360 Nueces St. Joey Mendez of Retail Solutions represented the tenant.

• Queen Nails & Spa leased 1,540 square feet at Pecan & Heatherwilde Plaza, 1501 Pecan St., Pflugerville. Barret Espe of Retail Solutions represented the landlord. Quynh Pham of LT Commercial advised the tenant.

• Texana Builders leased 1,530 square feet of office space at the Wells Fargo Building, 2028 E. Ben White Blvd. The landlord was represented by Rebecca Zigterman and Matt Levin with ECR.
