ECR Inks Quartet of Leases at Century Heights

ECR’s Albert Vazquez and Matt Levin recently represented ownership in four leases at Century Heights, located at 84 NE Loop 410 in San Antonio. The property is owned by Houston-based Braun Enterprises, which acquired it in 2018 and has repositioned it as mixed-use office and retail.

In the largest of the four deals, Molina Healthcare leased 15,505 square feet at the property. The tenant was represented by Jamie Endres-Keller and Tyler Repstad with Avison Young.

Other recent office leases arranged by Vasquez and Levin at Century Heights included the following:

• The Metis Foundation leased 2,595 square feet.
• STARS Plastic Surgery leased 825 square feet.
• PEAK Technical Staffing leased 447 square feet.
