ECR Elevates Rebecca Zigterman to Brokerage Principal

Rebecca Zigterman has been promoted to brokerage principal at ECR. She joined ECR as its third team member in 2010, working initially as the marketing and operations administrator as she earned her brokerage license.

Zigterman currently oversees project leasing responsibilities for more than one million square feet of office and medical space. In addition to landlord representation, she represents tenants with their site selection, negotiation, and long-term strategy while also providing commercial real estate sales services through client dispositions and acquisitions.

Since 2011, Zigterman has completed over 550 transactions and has been recognized as an Austin Business Journal “Heavy Hitter” multiple years.

“Rebecca has been an integral part of the success of our building over the last eight years,” said MM Invest Company principal Mark McAllister, a client. “Her calm, engaging and responsive style has been very effective in signing new leases and in keeping the building full.”
