ECP Signs 26K-SF Lease at One World Trade Center
Energy transition-focused investor ECP is expanding its footprint at One World Trade Center to around 26,000 square feet, a fourfold increase from its original space of 6,000 square feet.
ECP had initially leased 6,173 square feet in June 2017 and added 4,719 square feet in January 2023. The latest expansion is part of approximately 95,000 square feet of leases signed at One World Trade Center since the beginning of the year. The building is now 95% leased, and ECP’s growth reflects the thriving business community at the iconic location in Lower Manhattan.
The Durst Organization was represented in-house by Eric Engelhardt and Karen Rose and by Newmark’s David Falk, Peter Shimkin, Hal Stein, Jason Greenstein, and Nathan Kropp. ECP was represented by Eric Zemachson and Corey Borg of Newmark.
