Eckhard Moving HQ to McKinney

Eckard Enterprises Inc. bought an eight-story District 121 office building located at 7300 State Highway 121 from Kaizen Development Partners, who developed the building that opened in 2022. Eckard plans to relocate its headquarters from Allen to the 190,000-square-foot office tower in McKinney. Eckard Enterprises has over 150 employees across its offices in Texas and Oklahoma.

Eckard Enterprises will begin moving into the new space in mid-December. The building will be approximately 97% occupied at that time, so he said the company will continue moving employees to McKinney in phases as space becomes available.

The building includes flexible conference spaces, a tenant lounge, outdoor amenity space, golf simulator and a fitness center with private locker and shower rooms. The Dallas Business Journal reports the building is part of the larger $250 million District 121 mixed-use development by Craig International.

The move is expected to take approximately 24 months to complete. Eckard will end up selling the Allen building.
