ECI Group has acquired Verso Luxury Apartments in Davenport, FL.

ECI Group Goes on $300M Buying Spree of Central FL Multifams

Atlanta-based ECI Group has acquired Verso Luxury Apartments, a 250-unit multifamily asset in the Orlando, FL submarket of Davenport. Brett Moss and Tyler Swidler of Berkadia represented the seller.

According to the company, over the last 12 months it has spent nearly $300 million to acquire four Central FL apartment communities with 1,000 units.

Verso Luxury Apartments is in Central FL’s high-growth, I-4 corridor near master-planned communities ChampionsGate and Reunion. The complex is walkable to more than 150,000 square feet of retail destinations, including a Publix-anchored shopping center.

Verso’s low-density (13 units per acre), two-story buildings include attached garages and fenced backyards for some units, and individual entries for all units. Amenities include clubhouse, pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and firepit, game and multi-media room, fitness center and yoga studio and guest suite rental.

ECI Group has a portfolio of more than 7,900 units either existing or under construction throughout the Southeast.
