Echo Park Multifamily Development Rising Six Stories

An Echo Park multifamily development under proposal will total six stories and 55 units.

The project would be on Temple Street, where a 49-unit building was just completed and another 69-unit facility is under construction. Developer Kyung Ku Cho is heading up the project, which will also include 2,700 square feet of commercial space. Right now the site contains a parking lot and a one-story commercial building.

If approved, the structure would also feature 65 parking spaces and 63 spaces for bicycles.
