ECD Announces Janine Lind as President

Janine Lind has been appointed as the new president of Enterprise Community Development, Inc. (ECD), a non-profit developer of affordable homes in the Mid-Atlantic. Lind, who will assume her new role on April 29, will lead ECD’s Community Development division, overseeing residential development, preservation, asset and property management, and resident services.

Lind will also join Enterprise’s governing Operating Committee to integrate efforts across all divisions to address the nation’s shortage of affordable homes. With experience in resident services, property management, and affordable housing, Lind previously served as the chief operating officer at MidPen Housing Corporation.

“Janine’s experience and dedication to mission-focused housing organizations make her a clear choice to lead our Community Development division and to help make home and community places of pride and belonging,” said Shaun Donovan, president and CEO of Enterprise Community Partners.
