EBS Building 1.3M-SF Spec Warehouse Project in N. Las Vegas
EBS Realty (EBS) and its investment partner, Penwood Real Estate Investment Management, began construction of its two-building logistics park, Apex Ridge Logistics Park, in North Las Vegas. The campus, as planned, will total more than 1,358,005 square feet.
EBS is developing the entire park on spec. The buildings are flexibly designed to cater to a broad range of potential users, that may include e-commerce, manufacturing, and distribution.
The more than 90-acre class A industrial campus will encompass two buildings at 755,628 square feet and 602,377 square feet. The project is located within the Apex/North Las Vegas submarket. Its location provides quick access to the I-15 freeway via Las Vegas Blvd. Corporate neighbors already include Smith’s-Kroger, Air Liquide, DHL, and Crocs.
EBS is currently delivering or advancing more than 2.6 million square feet of class A industrial space across eleven projects.
